The programme will assist Line Managers in understanding what change is and how it affects them personally at work and in their personal life. Managers will obtain an understanding of the way change affects others, especially the people they lead. The deliverables of the Change Management process that needs to be managed will be covered.
The programme has been developed according to the Units standard 115407.
"Apply the principles of change management in the workplace " on a NQF level 5.
On successful completion the delegate will obtain 10 credits.
The purpose of this training course is to equip new change managers with the basic change management philosophies, methodology and tools to manage business change. The different components of the Change Management process will be covered to enable the compilation of a change management plan.
