Company culture can be defined as the personality of the company (how things are done, e.g. practices, habits, discipline, and leadership style).

Company climate, on the other hand, can be defined as the mood of the company (how people feel about working in the company). It is standard practice for companies to analyse their climate from time to time. The results enable the management team to decide how to take care of their people effectively, what to change in the culture to enable the company to achieve its goals, etc.

Growth in Motion have a team with over 50 years combined experience in conducting  climate surveys.   We encourage leaders to share the results with their employees as based on best practice and our experience, this starts conversations, bringing about changes to improve the climate.

Participating in surveys means that staff will help management to understand what to do to continue creating a work culture that will not only result in a positive climate, but that will also be conducive for high performance.

Responses are confidential – individual responses will not be tracked. Processing will be done by Growth in Motion and we will report on trends and not on individual opinions.

Please contact us if you would like to know more about our surveys.
