She is an accredited facilitator ,assessor and moderator and has formal qualifications in HR ,IR, Industrial Psychology , Learning Development and Neurolinguistic programming.
Pumani has garnered experience in a consultative and senior management role across a wide range of multinational organisations in all facets of HR including organisational development and change management .
She has spent many years observing organisations invest in their human capital with limited success and believes that the key to improved employee outputs lies with the individual and their personal self limiting beliefs .
Her training and learning programmes tap into this insight and provide an integrated approach to learning aimed at encouraging personal self development for business growth.
Her extensive Industrial Relations experience enables her to provide training and consultative support for collective and individual dispute resolution at the workplace.
